 ORDER PROCESSING
All KalavTech systems are built and tested before shipment.
Pre-built systems: Processed within 5–7 business days
Custom builds: Processed within 7–14 business days
Processing times do not include shipping transit time.


 SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.


 SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.
Estimated delivery:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (if applicable)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


 SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Package size & weight
Destination
Shipping method selected
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


 ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
KalavTech is not responsible for:
Delays caused by incorrect addresses
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier


 DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your system arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos or video evidence of the damage
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
KalavTech is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping insurance is strongly recommended.

 SHIPPING & WARRANTY
Shipping-related issues are handled separately from warranty claims.
