Warranty Overview
KalavTech provides a limited hardware warranty on all systems purchased directly from our store. Each system is professionally assembled and tested to ensure reliability and performance.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Coverage
KalavTech systems include a 12-month limited hardware warranty starting from the date of delivery.
- Manufacturer defects in hardware components
- Hardware failures under normal use
- Asembly-Related issues.
What Is Not Covered
- Software issues or operating systems problems
- Damage from misuse, Neglect, or accidents
- Overclocking beyond factory settings
- Physical damage or liquid damage
- Modifications or repairs by third parties
- Normal Wear and cosmetic damage
Warranty Service
- We may repair, remplace or refund the defective part at our discretion
- Replacement parts may be new o refurbished
- Warranty does not restart after replacement
Shipping & Warranty Claims
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs of warranty claims
- Shipping must be insured
- Kalavtech is not Responsible for damage during return shipping
Turnaround Time
- Estimated Repair time 7-14 Business days after receiving the system

- A valid order number of proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
